Bell is donating 5 cents to Canadian mental health programs for every retweet today, February 8th (see the link). If you have a twitter account, there’s no real excuse that justifies not doing this. It takes seconds, and it makes difference, however small. Every bit counts! Spread it around!

I spent a long time last night going through numerous tumblr pages, based primarily on social anxiety. It was an eye opening experience. There were so many people, both young and old, having their lives torn apart by this social phobia.
